Everything is very simple to extend through the app and sixt has amazing customer service especially the manager Josh he went above and beyond , after a terrible experience with budget this was a refreshing pain free way of using a rental car.

I rented a vehicle for a week, and Sixt had the best price for a BMW X1. Unfortunately, they didn't have it. They offered a Jeep Wagoneer for a few extra bucks, but I was afraid it would be too tall for my mom. I chose a GMC Acadia, since it's similar in size to what I drive. It was clean and nice. Jason helped me, and he was really friendly and professional. I returned the vehicle yesterday, and the lady who checked me in was also great. They even gave me 12 extra hours on my rental when I picked it up. I ended up taking a later flight, so I actually needed a couple of those hours. I didn't even have to ask for them.
