Great customer service! Their computer system was not working well, so they charged me for an extra day, but the extra charge was easily remedied by customer service. All employees were very nice and accommodating, and explained everything in detail. I have rented cars all over the world. Pay for the extra insurance in Spain, even if your credit card will cover you. Especially in Spain, Italy and Greece. It will save you a lot of time, and potentially money. Also, keep all your paper work, and take a video of the car before and after the rental.

The agent was extremely helpful with the process and choices, suggested some changes on the reservation, considering the kind of group we were, and thoroughly explained the car features and details in order to make it easier.
