Firstly in all my traveling (112 countries at least once, some more than a 100 times) Then again I've dealt with car hire all over the world. Normally when there are damages companies will just deduct the money and make us fight to get it back, sadly not even check with a customer about what they have to say. But the way they wrote asking if I have any documentation to support myself with regarding to their findings is much appreciated. Then them calling me internationally to tell me don't bother sending the video, since I clarified the same. That was another level of customer service. (Indicating they value my time and effort) Earlier on the 12th when I was concerned and I wrote to their customer service, they wrote back immediately to address my concerns too. This is why Sixt Portugal is the best. Now again after their call they have further reassured me about this in writing that the matter is now closed. So when I see such a high calibre of customer service on display, it thrills me and hence I have taken the trouble to write and say thank you, well done Sixt Portugal You are the best. You make sure that your customer feels valued and appreciated, I found the same even at check in Marc served me. The Diamond status preference shown etc... (Sadly not so in America) You have ensured that your customer is protected as well as treated me with such respect and value. I love the degree of your customer service. Thanks a ton

As always a fantastic service from Sixt. Great car, all minor damage correctly noted. They’d helpfully connected us to auto pay toll so no stopping required! Return took approx 3 minutes. Price was very reasonable - less than £100 for 6 days for a brand new SUV. No hard upselling etc, just helpful advice and a great service. Will always use Sixt where I can!
