The overall experience at SIXT Leknes is beyond my expectation! Pros - Staff was very helpful and the entire process took not so long. - I booked two cars for 6 people: one is peugeot 5008 and another one is yaris. I got an upgrade from peugeot to go a van (Toyota Proace) which can accommodate all 6 passengers and luggages so I asked the staff to help cancel the yaris one. Even though the payment has been made, the staff is very eager to help me out and call ask his manager for advice and finally got approved. I highly appreciated! - The car I got is quite new. Nothing to complain. - The price is reasonable (except the one-way fee which is quite expensive) - The return process is easy and fast at Tromso airport. Cons - The only small con that I experienced was that when I started the van, the sign about tire pop-up and I tried to go back to SIXT counter at the airport but the staff is not there and didn't pick up the call (I understood as the Leknes is very small and there is no customer left and no flight at the time). However, I called the call center instead and he said there is no problem as it was the car adjusting to the new tire so I was relieved. In summary, I'm really happy with SIXT Leknes and definitely recommend to anyone!
