Great service, easy to find and only steps away from your car. The pick up and return were seamless. I never get tired of saying that Sixt is the best rental car company. Most importantly the vehicle I received, a Fiat 500x, was very good, in good condition, and enjoyable to drive. The rub was the front desk service. I arrived an hour and a half prior to my booking time. The salesman first tried to upgrade me to an automatic. When that did not work he then tried to sell me all the insurances, which would include a free upgrade. When I declined these, he pointedly said I would have to wait the hour and a half for our car to be ready. No effort was made to expedite the preparation of the car. Quite unlike other places where I've arrived early. The front desk man could best be characterized as a fast talking salesman. (I made a point to stay in the office until it was ready, in 15 minutes!) Hugo, in the lot, however, was very friendly and helpful..
