I had my rental at SIXT Trieste Airport from 14.09.25 to 22.09.25 in the ECAR (automatic) category.
The service provided by RSA Ms. Ludovica was excellent from start to finish. Her advice was professional, very clear, never pushy, and represented the SIXT brand in an outstanding way.
She also offered to be available at any time, which felt very service-oriented. What stood out most was her commitment. For example, she made sure to clarify the vignette requirements for Slovenia and provided helpful tips for our road trip through Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia.
The Diamond Status was taken into account (depending on availability), resulting in an upgrade to a Jeep Compass. Big thank you for that! The station itself also had a broad selection of different vehicle classes should you wish to consider another upgrade (see attached pictures).
Overall, an absolutely highly recommended station with a fantastic team. Many thanks for this excellent experience!

Lucio went above and beyond in delivering exceptional service. He provided all the necessary information ahead of my arrival and patiently waited for me, even though my flight was delayed. He ensured I fully understood everything and even arranged an upgrade to a fantastic vehicle, which I’m doing my best to maintain in the same excellent condition in which it was received.
