The pick up experience was very straight forward, fast and efficient. The staff at the counter were very friendly and accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The car was very clean and comfortable. It had a few scratches but, that had no impact on the experience. The only issues I had and I know a few other people had the same issue. I didn’t realise they would actually take the balance for the deposit from my account. I thought it would hold on the card. The other thing was when dropping the keys back there was nobody at the counter. I tried calling the number a number of times and no answer. I left the key in the small compartment at the desk. I felt skeptical doing this but, I was in a hurry for my flight.
