Returning your SIXT rental outside of our opening hours? Please read the below instructions
- Head to our gate on Gerler Road
- You will see a little padlock found on the middle of the gate securing the chain
- Enter the code given to you on the top row of the lock numbers & pull down to unlock the padlock
- Park the vehicle inside the yard and locate the Key Return Box. This is located at the back of the location, beside the vehicle wash bay. Please refer to the picture below to assist.
- Place the keys in the Key Return Box.
- Please exit through the same gate
- Close the gate securely – lock the padlock by connecting the chain & change the numbers.
