From today, SIXT Australia are opening their car doors to man’s best friend and fearless felines with pets welcome at participating locations across Australia.
Matthew Beattie, CEO of SIXT Australia said we know pets are a big part of the family and many more Australians are looking to include their pets on their next holiday.
“Close to 70% (69%) of Australians have a pet, and at SIXT we know it can be hard to leave them behind when travelling – even when you know they’re being well cared for,” Beattie said.
“We’ve all seen pets travelling with their owners to cafes, holiday parks, wineries, and even to some luxury hotels; and we’re looking forward to welcoming them into our cars.”
When renting a vehicle with SIXT, customers only need to bring their furry friend and an appropriate restraint for their pet to ensure their safety while travelling.
