The service provided by Melissa Pantin, the Sr. Branch Manager at the Tampa FL location was exceptional. Being a walk-in client with no scheduled appointment or booking, she was able to provide me with a 5-day rental and a premier car at a great price. The car was washed and cleaned before driving off the lot. Melissa's help was extremely appreciated and I'm thankful for my SixT rental.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the sixt employee that took care of me. Her name is Cassandra and she has excellent hospitality skills and was very personable and did everything she could to accommodate our needs. I travel a lot for work and for vacation so I have rented many cars from many places but this is the first for sixt and she gave an excellent experience. I just want sixt to recognize what great value Cassandra brings to the sixt team!
