I rented an suv online from this Sixt. Upon arrival I had a choice of a minivan or an Atlas. There was an Acadia that was just cleaned and returned that had a cracked windshield on the passenger’s side. I really wanted to take it and they normally wouldn’t rent it out with a defect like that but I was fine with it and really wanted the Acadia for my weekend. It was a very nice ride and I’m glad they let me take it.
The pick up and drop offs were both very easy and smooth. Sixt has a pretty tarnished reputation for nickel and diming you on your returns finding every little defect and I had a really bad experience with a car return in Europe, but this Huntington Beach location was terrific and I will absolutely rent from them again.

It was our first time using Sixt and Alex was extremely helpful and patient. We called one of their other locations at first and they did not have the vehicle we were aiming for so the directed us to this location which met all of our needs. We were able to find a car within our budget and pick it up, all within a couple of hours! Alex was professional and was ready to provide immediate assistance for check in, along with recommendations about which add-ons would be best for us.
