Shocked to find such warm hospitality and thoughtful service at a car rental place in New York!
Great price and amazing people (shoutout to Blaize and team). We told them we were headed off on a roadtrip and got upgraded to a 4WD instead of the compact that we booked. This was a great start to our roadtrip and made the ride so much more comfortable, which we really appreciated. The pickup and a drop off process was also quick and easy. No wait, just ID check, explanation of the booking/insurance whatnot, sign and off you go. I also particularly liked the reminder email that I got the day before return. It had our return time and location details along with a “modify return” link, which made extending or adjusting drop off time super easy. We were a hot mess when we returned the car and after the initial checks, they gave us so much time and space to unpack the car and get our things together. Traveling is already a stressful experience as it is and I’m so happy we picked Sixt for this part of our journey because they made everything so simple, easy and fast. Highly recommend!
