Overall a great experience, friendly staff, upgraded my rental at no additional charge as the car I reserved was not available. But the Ford Bronco we were given did smell like it had been smoked in previously and that was my only complaint. It would have been better to have had a vehicle without a smoke smell, I was too much in a hurry when we booked as it was close to closing time that I just decided to deal with it for the short term I needed the car and sprayed deodorizer in it every time I got in to drive it. The facility is very nice and I wound use this company again for sure!
