I knew after renting from this company I would have to immediately leave a review and I honestly wish I could have left more stars. From flight landing I immediately received a text from sixt telling me where to go (I would assume because of the abundance of calls they receive) and arrived timely to my vehicle being ready. No issues at all with departure. I was offered additional insurance and a toll pass. Being an educated renter is essential in these cases. You simply cannot blame the messenger for doing what they are paid to do. Check with your insurance company before going on vacation, if they cover rentals then be sure to take a copy of your coverage to the rental center. Be aware of your route of travel and understand if there are tolls, the servicewoman advised that our route did not have tolls and we then understood the pass would be unnecessary.
On return, the car was collected promptly with great customer service, friendly workers. I realized once on the shuttle that I had forgot my wallet and ID at a gas station a mile from SIXT. They quickly turned the shuttle around, allowed me to unload and customer service arranged an employee to scurry me to the gas station in hopes my wallet was still there! (It was) I simply cannot say enough great things about my experience in comparison to past (horrific) experiences with Ace Rent A Car.
