Normally too lazy to leave reviews for car rentals but was too impressed not to this time: my flight landed late at 11pm and I knew this location closes at 10, so I was expecting to stay in a hotel and pick up the car the next day. But I saw I had two missed calls and a voicemail from Joshua letting me know that he would be waiting for me, even though they were supposed to close at 10. That is above and beyond amazing service!! Seriously, this guy deserves a medal.
And as if that’s not enough, I booked a Camry, but got a bmw 3 series without even asking. I have top tier status at both hertz and enterprise, but Sixt is the only rental company that regularly gives me this kind of upgrade, even though I rent much more often from other companies (there just aren’t as many Sixt locations around, though that seems to be changing). So there you have it, this experience is pretty much as good as renting a car can get. Judging from the other comments here, either I got very lucky with Joshua, or people who have had bad experiences are more likely to leave reviews, or both :)
