We had a wonderful experience renting a car there. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. We arrived 5 people with 5 large pieces of luggage that did not fit the car that we chose. The staff brought a different car to test if the luggage would fit and then changed it on the spot for no charge. Thank you!

We rented a car from Sixt at Luton Airport for a family holiday with our two kids. We have rented so many cars in so many countries over the years and I have to say that our experience with manager Vas at Luton Airport was the best I think I’ve ever had in over 20 years of renting cars! Vas called me the day before pick up to advise on the shuttle service, where we had to go and the number to call. Once we arrived at the office we took a seat as it was busy and Vas gave our kids colouring pencils and drawing books and a sheet of tattoos which they loved. Our paperwork was processed quickly and our car was immaculate. Everything went so smoothly it seemed too good to be true but our return was just as smooth! The return receipt was emailed to me with no issues. Our experience was so good that we’ve just booked with Sixt again for a trip in July. Hopefully Sixt at Amsterdam Airport is just as good 🤞. Huge thanks to manager Vas for all of your help, you made what can often be a tiring and stressful part of a holiday a pleasure. We will be sure to book with you again if we find ourselves back in Luton.
