My experience with Sixt and their customer service has been very good. I rented a car with them for a weekend. They offered us an upgrade to an automatic car where we had a misunderstanding. It wasn't until we returned the car that we realised (perhaps naively on our part) that the upgrade was much more expensive than we thought. I contacted the company via web, phone and email to communicate our discrepancies to the amount we had been charged, and SIXT has proceeded to refund the disputed portion. In addition Ben called us and apologised for his part in the misunderstanding. Next time I will ask them to show us the full amount of everything, to avoid this situation again - if I could save putting both the company and Ben in this situation I would do so. Thanks to Sixt and Ben for doing their part.
