I had a great experience with my SIXT car hire experience , the process was very straight forward and I must highlight the customer service experience is a million times better than other Car Hire companies I have used ( Thanks to ISTVAN at Heathrow T5) . Extremely friendly and made the experience light hearted and fun , he also managed to find me a really suitable SUV for my journey Glasgow . I have actually never heard of SIXT before and use to stick to the other big name car rental companies but because of the overwhelmingly positive experience provided by ISTVAN , I will be using Sixt for ALL my car hire needs in the future , its amazing what great customer Service can do , well done ISTVAN and well done SIXT.
