We rented a car from this branch in August and couldn't be happier with the service. I don't remember the gentleman who helped us but I guess his name or surname starts with N. He was very helpful from the moment we stepped inside and made sure we got the type of car we ordered months ago. We had to wait for a manuel transmission car to be brought to this branch for an hour and he gifted us additional driver service to make up for the time. It was very kind of him. The car was much better than the one we ordered online and it was spotless clean. It was a new Skoda Karoq which we absolutely loved. He informed us well and explained everything in detail. We dropped the car back in Zurich airport and the place was kind of hard to find but the service there was also good. The ladies there were very helpful and kind. Overall, it was a very positive experience and there were no suprises and no additional fee or anything. We will definitely use Sixt Badischer Bahnhof again. Thank you Mr. N :)
