Staff very professional. Smooth car collection. It can be confusing that there is not a SIXT sign where you suppose to return your car, basically you just need to assume is where all the other companies return car is. Otherwise, excellent service.
I am usually a very loyal customer at Avis. I decided to rent from Sixt since Avis happened to be closed during the evening when we arrived.
Now I am truly impressed of the service as well as the car models and am actually considering to abandon Avis for good.
This was our car's return location. On Sunday afternoon, there was no one in the office as expected - the car key was dropped through a dedicated hole in the wall. We were unlucky and had a windshield damage with no insurance. After several days, the contract was updated with the cost within my Sixt account (with the corresponding table value of maximum excess per that kind of damage). I feel that the company's rules are fair and all our problems were resolved very well.
