I travel to Europe a lot for work due to which I have t rent cars all across the continent but Simon at the Sixt dealership in Karlstad is hands down the best rental agents I have had the experience of dealing with. I rented a bmw recently and he went above and beyond to assist during the rental and was quick and efficient in the delivery and the drop off of the car. Belonging to the hospitality industry myself it’s employees like Simon that truly are an asset to their companies and the industry in whole. He took a regular experience and made it exceptional. Great location, great and clean car and excellent service. I will definitely be returning to this branch in the future.
