The airport is a the extreme south of the island, off the main St Jude Highway just outside the Vieux Fort area, and is also near the famous 'sandy beach' area.

Or try the botanical gardens to learn about the native flora and fauna. There's also the 'Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception', which is a great example of the Greek Revivalist style of building, and if sport is your thing, why not see a cricket match at the Beausejour Stadium.
