Recently my flight was delayed and was landing a day later (on Easter Sunday which is a major holiday in Poland and the location was closed that day - probably only one out of two days during the year). The team was kind enough of find a solution and one of the guys have met me at the airport to handle my reservation on Easter Sunday!
