Great experience. Renting a car can feel unnerving and I felt this company was honest, fair and ethical. The class of car I wanted was available and ready upon arrival. I didn’t feel pressured into insurances or extras. Total bill was about what I expected. Never felt taken advantage of. Car was newer and in great condition for long days on the road. Ask about returning the car so you don’t get stuck in the bus/taxi lot like I did with no way out!

Explanation about how and where to charge the provided plug-in Hybrid car should have been provided (was not told it was a plug-in hybrid at the counter). All the rest was perfect.
