I’ve rented with the Auckland sixt office 3 times in the last year and it’s been a great experience but Lusa was the cherry on top! This last trip I flew in to Auckland at 5 am with my baby & 4 year old and was nervous trying to figure out how I’d get to sixt on my own. I reached out to sixt and Lusa not only told me she would pick me up from the airport with car seats ready, but made it there at 530 am before the office opened and met me at the airport even helped walk me outside. Absolute 5 star service, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her. Lusa’s kindness has ensured I’ll be a sixt customer for life with her!
