The rental process was seamless, and the car was in great condition. There was some roadworks surrounding the pickup area but Lydia from SIXT Amsterdam Centraal explained to us in great detail on how to get to the carpark to pick up the car so we managed to find it easily.

I recently rented a car from Sixt at Amsterdam Centraal Station and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The location of the rental office is very convenient and easy to find, right at the station.
The car itself was in excellent condition and very clean. It was exactly what I needed for my trip and I had no issues whatsoever. The whole rental process was straightforward, and the return of the car was just as easy.
Overall, I highly recommend Sixt for car rentals and specifically the Amsterdam Centraal Station location. The excellent service provided by Erwin made my experience even better and I will definitely use Sixt again in the future.
