Very smooth process. I did my homework about the insurance before arriving so I knew what to expect.
Vicky was very nice and helpful. She showed the three options for insurance and did not push anything I did not want.
They did a thorough inspection of the car and encouraged me to take my own video of the car before driving away. I have never experienced that which I appreciated. This way there is no disagreement when dropping off the car.
Very satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend this location. Great job Vicky :)

natalia and vicky were amazing. they even helped me pay a traffic ticket with less hassle. the cop presence in pv the last few years is as bad as inflation, especially in the nuevo bucerias area. driving is much more nerve wracking. got an amazing month rate from sixt online 7 months before arrival and i would look here first next time i am in town. many unscrupolous people in this profession, but not here. gracias, el jefe
