The owners of this Sixt are extremely nice and friendly. They do everything they can to accommodate and help a customer. I have rented from this branch several times and each time they are exceed my expectations.
I had a negative experience at the Sixt in Munich airport and this Sixt branch in Kempten restored my faith in the brand.
