I have so far rented cars from this branch twice. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free. I also took SMART Protection, pay a little bit more for peace of mind.
The staff were professional and courteous. Both cars I rented was in pristine condition and performed flawlessly throughout my trips. I had an issue with the second booking, but SIXT took proactive measures and resolved the issue.
Overall, I highly recommend SIXT to anyone in need of a reliable and professional car rental service. I will definitely be returning for my future rental needs if their prices are competitive.
