Reading all these reviews, I have to say that I was scared that I would have the same problems with the deposit or the extra charges. I have already bought the zero excess insurance, so they didn't try to sell me anything more. They also gave me an automatic car beside the fact that the one that I booked was manual (which is a plus for me) and the car was new (12.000 km). After 1 week from returning the car they charged the agreed amount and they gave back the deposit. All in all, it was a very good experience.

It's been 12 days since I have come back from my trip and I kept reminding myself that I have to do this review especially because of the staff member at this location- millad(sp?) he was so good and helped us with our car situation in the most calm manner as possible. We were stressed about a lot of things but everything was handled so well with the car and a booster for our daughter, thank you for your help and excellent customer service
