I have reached the third car rented from this company. Moreover, due to the delay of the plane, I arrived at the first rental after the end of the program, but I was waited for and I received the requested car immediately! I am very satisfied with the quality of the cars and the quality of the services. For example, I was notified ahead of time and I changed a car with summer tires during the rental period with another one with winter tires, all within a few minutes! And I extended the rental period for a rented car just one day before the rental contract expired, which doesn't really happen with other companies. The staff is very professional and very kind and is willing to answer any questions and requests at any time, they even stayed over the schedule waiting for me with a smile on their face! I highly recommend this car rental company.

After having very bad experiences with Hertz and Buchbinder at Cologne airport, this time I tried Sixt. In complete contrast, the service was outstanding from start to finish. A seamless service from start to finish, making it an easy rental experience without any issues. I would highly recommend using Sixt as the best rental company in this location.
