We rented from this location twice in our stay. Both times we were upgraded to a better car. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. Pick up and drop off were easy every time. We will use SIXT again in the future.

regularly sixt station stuff are not best service offering people, but here in nuremberg they are really polite and helpful. thank you guys 👍🏼

I was late to pick up the car cause of train connection but the service at the counter was really helpful. If you are late over one hour to pick up the car the booking can't be validate with your virtual card or billing to your company. You may inform them earlier in case you will pick up the car later as appointed. But very professional at the service desk.
