Efficient operation. Competent lady who served us - knew what she was doing, and fast. When she learned about our intended itinerary, she provided quick lists of places to visit, eat, etc. Went above & beyond. The only problem was that the rental car lot itself across the alley from the office is on loose gravel, which made wheeled luggage very difficult and, in fact, damaged one of the wheels on our suitcase. Be sure to take photos of any existing damages, including the under-carriages (underside of the bunoers), since the attendant mentioned that some customers returned with damaged undercarriage (some roads on the islands can be potholes-ridden dirt roads, or loose gravel that fly up to chip the paint).
