Leo had some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. It was pouring rain when we arrived to pick up our car and it got a bit hectic as other renters were coming in and out and he maintained composure throughout our entire experience with him. He was able to help everyone out in such a calm manner. Super informative and very helpful. He was so kind and made sure that we were aware of all of the policies and provided the best options to accommodate our travels.
