The Punta Corrente forest, also known as the Golden Cape, is a great destination for nature-lovers. It's easy to get to by car, but you'll need to park up on the outskirts of the park as the wooded area is only open to pedestrians and cyclists. It's a wonderful place to walk among the sun-dappled trees, and there are also spaces for climbing and other outdoor activities. There are beaches too, with caves for rock pooling that kids will love.
