Location Plan - How to Find us
You will pick up your rental car at the Sixt branch, which is located in the car rentals hall. After arriving, please turn to the the parking garage located opposite to the terminal of the airport. Please follow the signs pointing to the car rentals.
You can find us even faster by using our GPS coordinates: 47.793210, 12.995490 The branch is located at Salzburg Airport opposite to the arrival hall inside the parking garage. From Vienna/Budapest: over highway A1, exit Flughafen (airport). From Munich: over highway A8, then A1, exit Flughafen (airport). From Villach: over highway A10, then A1, exit Flughafen (airport). From downtown: about 4 km away, over Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse.
The bus stop Salzburg Airport of bus number 2 and 10 is about 150 meters away from the car rental centre. Just go straight in direction airport. Our Sixt branch is situated on the right hand side opposite the terminal. The bus line 27 drive straight to the airport. The bus station is located in front of the entrance of the car rentals hall.
Passenger cars: Go to Salzburg Airport (signed from all directions), take the entrance on the backside of the parking garage at "rental car return" and park the car on one of the designated Sixt parking spaces. Trucks: Please return the vehicle at P5. This car park is located opposite the Sixt branch on the airport grounds. Return is not possible between 24:00 and 05:00.
Out of Hours Pick Up & Return
Pick-up out of opening hours is possible between 9pm - 11 pm (Mon - Fri), 08:30pm - 11pm (Sat, Sun, holiday) for an additional charge. Please provide your address and credit card details, e-mail address, flight and mobile number.
Out of hour return possible.The Sixt keybox is located at the Sixt counter. A return of the Sixt vehicle is NOT possible between 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m.
