I had a reservation for a minivan at another agency that I had made months previously. But when I arrived they told me they didn’t have any minivans- sorry. This van was crucial for my needs and I was in a bind. I went to Sixt with no reservation and Joseph at the counter hooked me up. He even tried to find some discounts that would help take the sting out of same day rental pricing. I was so grateful that my plans weren’t ruined! The minivan was brand new and a great ride.
