I forgot what excellent customer service was like until my recent visit to Sixt. I came to this location for business trip and it was a wonderful experience! I was greeted with a smile, they assisted with my bags and made the whole experience of checking in seamless! They also gave me great food recommendation. I could not recommend this location and the team there enough!

Walking in on a Sunday and having a very warm greeting from the attendant is such a great way to get the transaction going. It took less than 5 minutes - no trying to cross sell and upsell me on insurance I don't need, very friendly and helpful. I just switched to Sixt from using Enterprise for years, this is my second rental and both times fantastic!
