We rented a standard VW version car for seven days at the Pittsburgh International Airport Location
with zero issues and I didn’t have to be a member of some phony Gold, Platinum, Diamond or President’s club to receive a perfectly clean, new and well maintained vehicle.
It was absolutely refreshing to deal with individuals at pick up and drop off locations that didn’t have some sort of attitude problem.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIXT

I had an Emergency and needed to change my car rental to Saturday instead of Tuesday. When I arrived at the airport I spoke with Tyler at the front desk. He helped me get a rental right away, after I told him I had an emergency and my father was in the hospital. He was wonderful! I got a newer car too!

Everything is very simple to extend through the app and sixt has amazing customer service especially the manager Josh he went above and beyond , after a terrible experience with budget this was a refreshing pain free way of using a rental car.
