We flew into the Nashville International Airport and this was the first time using Sixt. At check in, Andrew was absolutely phenomenal. He made check in easy and quick, we had been traveling for 13 hours so that was great within itself. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the cars and made the experience overall great! And to top of his great service, I left my cell phone at the check in desk in the airport and did not notice it until I was almost to the rental car check in at the garage (about a 10/15 minute walk) and when I called my phone, he had already gotten it delivered to the rental car check in at parking garage, so it was waiting for me. How he did that before I even got to the parking garage, I will never know. He must be magic. lol. Andrew made my first experience with Sixt the best experience I have ever had with a rental company. We will be using Sixt for all our rental car needs and definitely recommending this company to literally everyone.
