Switched to Sixt ahead of a trip after reading some questionable things about other companies.
Overall, I was extremely pleased. Rate was competitive. Staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Car was clean.
There was a slight hiccup on initial pick-up. I had submitted information to check-in online, but then got another email to check in. Stopped and spoke with agent at the airport and they were helpful. I don't know if I could have bypassed the counter if the online check-in had gone differently.
I would not hesitate to rent from them again.
