This is only the second time I've rented a car. My experience with Sixt was great! Finding the rental desk was very easy. We were met by a very nice man who offered us bottled water. He showed us where we had to go to pick up the car, which was very easy to find. The car we ended up with was an upgrade from what I paid for, which was a happy! The return process was simple. The only complaint I had was...the windshield had bug guts all over it. Minor, but something that really bothers me. They should at least clean the windshields between rentals.

We arrived very late and found Karen, at the Miami airport location so very helpful and cheerfully understanding. Not only did we get a very nice vehicle to use, but the price was great and absolutely terrific service.
