A great vehicle rental company, although I had a problem renting an electric vehicle, since they did not want to supply the charging cable, so I had to buy one myself, since in the area where I was going there were hardly any charging stations. burden. The service was amazing. I was skeptical at first because they didn’t have the vehicle that I rented available at the reservation time. The manager gave me a free upgrade at no additional charge. They did also let me know that the rental cars had been returned late, which is why they didn’t have any available at the time. I appreciate them going above and beyond to ensure that I had the appropriate vehicle For my vacation. I will be returning to the location on Taylor Street, Downtown Fort Worth!
