I recently rented a car from SIXT at CLT airport and had an outstanding experience. After a long flight, I was greeted by Donna at check-in, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Noticing that I was tired, Donna went out of her way to run to the back and grab me a bottle of water without me even asking. She then went above and beyond by tracking down her manager to see if she could offer me a no-charge upgrade. Thanks to her effort, I was upgraded to a stunning black on black YUKON Denali at no extra cost. I also had a delightful conversation with Donna, and her kindness truly made my day. When I went to pick up my car, I was assisted by Marlon, who was equally fantastic. Marlon was professional, friendly, and ensured that everything was perfect with my rental. He took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable before driving off. Marlon's attention to detail and excellent customer service made a great impression, and our conversation added a personal touch to the experience. The vehicle itself was immaculate and a pleasure to drive. While picking up my car, I noticed that all the cars on the lot were top-notch and well-maintained. The dropoff was also a breeze. It took no more than 3 minutes, and I was in and out without any hassle. I can't recommend SIXT at CLT airport enough. Their service is exceptional, and their staff, particularly Donna and Marlon, made my rental experience truly enjoyable. Thank you, SIXT, for the phenomenal service!
