Everything was great except at check in they did not have the car available and the lady at the counter said I would have to wait 20-30 minutes. When I asked if they had any car available for the same price that I was quoted she said “yes but it’s a mini van”. I could care less! Then she said I will give it to you at the price you were quoted. Instead of saying when she saw my car wasn’t ready, go ahead and offer me another car at the same price. Had I not asked I would have had to wait 20-30 minutes at least. Just have to be pro active since customer service is a lost art. When I brought the car back Leslie was great! Excellent service when I returned the car

I had to extend a car reservation and Avis/Payless couldn't do it over the phone so I had to drive 3 hrs to Atlanta Airport to thier counter. With that horrible customer service, I decided to rent from someone else! Sixt was there for me! Much cheaper, more pleasant, I wish they were my original choice! Martina at the counter and Mr Leslie at the returns couldn't have been any better! What an amazing experience, talk about terrific customer service, they were wonderful. I definitely recommend Sixt car rentals! Actually 1/3 of the price quoted for the Payless/Avis quote for the extension!

Not bad at all. The car had a couple small scratches and dents. The Corrella was new and drove well. $127.00 for two days transportation was good.
