I had a great experience with my SIXT car hire experience , the process was very straight forward and I must highlight the customer service experience is a million times better than other Car Hire companies I have used ( Thanks to ISTVAN at Heathrow T5) . Extremely friendly and made the experience light hearted and fun , he also managed to find me a really suitable SUV for my journey Glasgow . I have actually never heard of SIXT before and use to stick to the other big name car rental companies but because of the overwhelmingly positive experience provided by ISTVAN , I will be using Sixt for ALL my car hire needs in the future , its amazing what great customer Service can do , well done ISTVAN and well done SIXT.

We rented a car on short notice from Sixt London Heathrow T5 and we received some of the best customer service we have every received from Raj! The rental desk was busy but Raj was so pleasant and professional, putting in the extra effort to make sure we were taken directly to our vehicle and that all of our luggage fit in the vehicle. Service was above and beyond expectations, well done!
