Rented a car in Glasgow for a weekend, before driving it back to to London and returning in battersea. Reasonable prices, good quality car (Audi Q5 Sportback), and very prompt service at 8am on a very snowy saturday morning. Couldn't ask for me and would highly recommend

I rented a Renault Clio during our stay in Glasgow to take a day trip to Oban ahead the day before. The process was smooth and the car was ready for pickup. The staff at the desk was good and processed me in good time. The return, after closing hours, was a little confusing trying to find the spot but it wasn't too bad. I found the spot and dropped the key in the return box. Overall good experience. FYI, if you are from out of the country and you are taking a day trip, make sure you rent a car with navigation included like we did, unless you have unlimited data on your international pass from your phone provider. The navigation helped save my data from having to use google maps. Also opt for unlimited mileage as you will probably drive over 200 miles. You will pay a little extra for these but it is worth it. I also rented a manual transmission since I drive a manual back home in USA, but I will admit it was awkward at first driving a right-hand vehicle and found myself instinctively reaching for the gear shifter with my right hand rather than my left. If I had to do it again, I would have rented an automatic to make it easier on myself, but eventually I got used it after about 30 minutes. You could get used to it too, but I'd say make it easy on yourself if you want to avoid the learning curve.

The review came 9 months late :) Rented a car for the road trip on 6 Mar and specially chose this branch which was directly opposite from Ibis where we stayed. We were served by Mr Fung who patiently waited for my card payment to go thru as I've set too many overseas payment restrictions. He had also gave us tips on where to eat based on our itinerary and advised us on the road condition. We bought additional coverage based on his recommendations as coming from the tropics, we weren't experience driving in snow, which helped greatly later in our trip. Overall, the service was superb and friendly, we were very grateful!
