I had a good experience in the beginning with Adeline R., she gave me a good price and I was happy with it but when I brought back the car I had another version of Sixt. I came later than the allowed time because of the heavy rain at night and I could nt drive back to sixt earlier. I gave back the keys and said sorry to the sixt agent and she said it's okay no worries. I was happy with the flexibility of Sixt and said i will definitely come back . After few hours I receive a mail with a new price with an extra 150 euros and I wasn't informed at all about it. In sixt you ll always have a surprise at the end I won t ever come again. You may be took 150 euros this time sixt but I won't invest 1 cent in the future to rent your car. We are humans we love the fact that the people stay flexibel with us or at least explain to us the next step and how much will you take from our account when you can't really be flexibel and I am not the only one who had this problem. It' Typically Sixt as it seems.
Update: Sixt gave me the Money back after few emails . Thanks for the communication.
