We arrived at the DN1 drop off point after reserving a car online the day before. It turned out that we actually had to go to the airport for the papers, but the guys were nice enough to give us a lift there. We rented with full insurance, and we actually got upgraded to a better car because of that. Everything went smoothly and we got the deposit back within a few days.

Rented a car and when turning it in I was kind of in a hurry to catch my flight. Stefan (employee at Sixt) showed great effort to have a speedy (but accurate) check out process and expedited my shuttle transport to the airport. Very excellent service, would definitely rent a car here again!
