Excellent customer service. The whole process went smoothly from picking up the car, driving it and return it at the end. Deposit was released in a a couple of hours (but that of course it's also a bank's issue).

This is probably my best car rent experience ever. We got brand new Hyundai Tucson ‘24 with 180km on odometer, nice and clean car with a lot of space and good comfort, a bit thirsty but it’s SUV. Price for 10 days rent is fair and affordable. Gentleman at the counter was really friendly and helpful, explained all rental details. The deposit reserved on the card was returned a few hours after the car was returned, although it was a Saturday.
